Shipping policy
At Harbors, we want your order to get to you quickly, safely, and with zero headaches. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During busy seasons (launch weeks, holidays, restocks), processing may take an additional 1–2 days, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving.
Shipping Options
We currently ship anywhere within the United States.
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.
Order Changes & Address Updates
If you need to update your shipping address or make a change to your order, please reach out as soon as possible at support@harborsswim.com.
We can usually fix things before your order ships, but once it’s on the way, we can’t make adjustments.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

Double-check with neighbors or your building’s office.

Confirm the shipping address was entered correctly.

Email us—we’ll do our best to help work with the carrier and find a solution.
While Harbors isn’t responsible for packages once they’re marked delivered, we always want to help however we can.
Pre-Orders & Launch Items
Occasionally, some items—especially new releases—may be sold as pre-orders.
Estimated ship times will be clearly noted on the product page.
International Shipping
Not available yet, but we plan to expand in the future.
