The Founding of Harbors

Harbors started with two people - Chloe Berry and Josh Snell - and one simple problem: they couldn’t find swimwear for couples that looked good without feeling cheesy. Everything online was either overly matchy or not their style at all.

The idea first came up while they were getting ready for a trip to Hilton Head. Josh wanted to get coordinated swimsuits for the two of them, something subtle and stylish, but after a long search, nothing felt right. Instead of settling, he floated the idea of creating their own. Chloe immediately jumped in with ideas, references, and a sense of direction for what would eventually become their first collection.

From there, things grew naturally. They started sketching, sampling, taking trips for photoshoots, and involving friends and family along the way. What began as a small idea turned into something the two of them genuinely enjoy building together.

Harbors isn’t meant to be complicated—it’s simply swimwear they wished existed when they were packing for a trip.
